Ironmam Panama City 2015 was a big challenge that I am proud of overcoming. A year ago I was having chest and rotator cuff issues. The doctor told me to stop swimming but that was not a reason for me I had better plans for 2015. 1.Boston marathon 2.Ironmancourd'alane 3.ironmanmuskoka and 4.ironmanpanamacity 5.Bogotá half marathon 6. Tecpan 30k Guatemala. Before, I did physical therapy for three months and followed my recovery program which is the result of many years of experience with chronic pain. It did work and I was able to perform well in Panama city beach. I was happy to swim without a wet suit and this conditions. We can get better if we really want it. Today I am having a #thyroid breakdown which brings a lot of chemical imbalance and muscle and connective tissue pain, I am recovering with my own program again and I have better plans than last year for this 2016. Visit my blog to see my journey.

Tayrona park is one of the natural treasures of Colombia. The hiking is challenging and will take you through different kind of landscapes according with the level of altitude. It will take around 6 hours, 10 miles and 45.000 steps if you start from Calabazo, then the route will take you to beach Pueblito. Once you get to Pueblito you will see the montains from where you descended then hike alone the cost line which is so beautiful.
This is a fisher village named Taganga, one of the options to spend the night when you want to visit Tayrona Park.
Once you get to the route it will be magical because every turn will show you a new view.
