| This is one of my long rides from 40 to 60 miles on weekends with my group RICE IRUN TRIATHLON, besides my workouts off week days which also included speed , hills and tempo.

| Speed pool workout once a week plus 2 times a week in the ocean with Alonso Moreno, my coach. It is my favorite because we do long distance and we practice technique. |

| I take this juice every day with pineapple, ginger, kale, banana and apple. And I keep a very natural diet. |
The rest of the time I have lot’s of fun working and helping people with my life coaching, spiritual, nutrition and training guidance.

There is more people that I wish I had pictures with and I thank to all of you for being part of my life project. You guys are helping me to write a beautiful story of motivation. I believe that together we can make a better, healthier and happier world.
