Training for Ironman Cozumel. Even with a heavy work load and my Fibromyalgia symptoms. I am still having fun, putting in hard work and dedication in my long workouts.
WEEK ONE: Long brick training – 60 miles Biking & 12 miles Running
WEEK TWO: Long brick training – 72 miles Biking & 14 miles Running
