TRAINING FOR MY FIRST FULL IRONMAN
Training for Ironman Cozumel. Even with a heavy work load and my Fibromyalgia symptoms. I am still having fun, putting in hard work and dedication in my long workouts.
WEEK TWO: Long brick training - 72 miles Biking & 14 miles Running
It's not my body that moves me, it's my Iron-Soul.
